Orders are shipped via USPS for a flat $10 shipping fee. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please verify that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order, as RL Research Supply is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect address.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our research products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We are unable to accept returns of research materials. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact RL Research Supply promptly so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution. Order cancellations may be requested prior to shipment but cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
